A Wrinkle in Time: Resources for Teachers
A Wrinkle in Time has been a favorite of teachers and children for more than 50 years, and it’s appeal today is stronger than ever. One of the recommended books in the new common core standards, A Wrinkle in Time offers a rich text for exploring a range of issues and themes.
A new teachers’ guide from Macmillan Children’s Publishing Group incorporates material for comparing and contrasting the 2018 Disney film directed by Ava Duvernay. There’s also a guide for Becoming Madeleine: A Biography of the Author of A Wrinkle in Time by Her Granddaughters. Both of them include common core codes.
